3D Printed Enclosure

Design Features:

  • Open vents for Raspberry Pi heat sink and Temp Sensor
  • Modular blocks for each major component
  • Removable covers to access Raspberry Pi and Power Board, and Sensors
  • Fabric lined interior for comfortable wear
  • Hard strap cover
  • Hinges wrap modules around wrist

This is the fourth iteration of a 3D printed enclosure. After many failed prints, and successful prints that didn’t feel comfortable to wear, I finally came up with a design that works for me.

I designed the parts in Fusion 360. The 3D printing was done with a Creality Ender 3 Pro, black and blue PLA+ filament, 10% fill density. I love my Ender 3 Pro, at only $200, I have been printing almost daily.
